In order to offer our customers an increasingly broader service, we are able to satisfy your requests also for non-destructive tests such as: ultrasound, thickness measurement, penetrating liquids in contrast colours, magnetoscopic, examination with dry and wet methods.
In this way, the naval repairs on your boats can be carried out with full respect of the vehicle, without resorting to invasive methods of intervention that can damage the hull, the engine and other parts of the vessel.

Our qualifications and our staff
Our company is certified as an RINa Service Provider and have qualified personnel II level at your disposal according to the recommendation SNT TC 1A 2016 and UNI EN ISO 9712: 2012. Analysis of thickness or thicknessometry
The thickness analysis, which is carried out with the ultrasound method, makes it possible to efficiently and quickly check the measurement of the components, the thickness of metallic and non-metallic materials, the presence of section variations, the presence of corrosion that leads to a reduction of thicknesses, as well as various types of measurement of carryovers and coatings. Thanks to our qualified personnel, the Lorenzoni Shipyard of Livorno guarantees maximum accuracy for these kinds of non-destructive tests, in order to better address the various types of naval repairs needed.
